GESTEM 2019 Day of Logistics

Know Before you GO! GESTEM 2019

GESTEM 2019 is just 2 days away and here is all the info you need before you arrive.

• PARKING Code: 7049191. Please park in the Tivoli Garage or the Spruce Lot to use this pre-paid code. (GESTEM pays for each code used. Feel free to pay personally as a way to contribute to GESTEM)
  
• Light rail or biking are also great ways to get to the event!
• Our event begins in the Physical Education / Event Center, event map here. The physical address is 1255 10th Street Plaza. Look for the 4 tall flag poles in the middle of campus. The PE / Event Center entrance is just to the east.

Guides need to arrive at 8am. There is rain in the forecast. Workshops are held around campus so please come prepared to step outside for a few minutes to get to the next workshop. 

Workshop Presenters can check in between 8-9am. Workshop descriptions and room locations can be found here.

Breakfast burritos and coffee will be available until 9am in the PE / Event Center. Lunch for all participants includes a sandwich (turkey, ham, and veggie options), cookie, fruit and bottle of water. Outside food and beverages are welcome.

• At 2pm, we are having our volunteer wrap up in St Catejan's (see beer mug on the map). We have a professional photographer to take group company photos and a thank you gift for everyone! Please join us!
• SWE RMS is also hosting a social at 3pm at the Tivoli Brewery. 20% all food!
