Collective Wisdom Groups (CWGs)
This is a unique opportunity for career development through peer group mentoring. It is a program that brings together members in similar stages of their career, providing peer support. Each peer group will have a mentor guide to assist with the career development journey. 

Gear Up Collegiate Partnered Speaker Series
Events designed for early professionals and collegiates. Each session partners with a Collegiate Section to engage the collegiates to co-host events. 

Professional Enrichment Talks 
Professional development events. Recent events include Cheryl Benedict on Transitioning to the New Normal and Heather Doty’s SWE Leadership Journey.

Spring Summit
A one day professional development and networking conference that brings together professionals and collegians. The event also includes an awards ceremony recognizing those for their outstanding achievements and contributions.

Technical Tours
Past tours include NOAA, NIST, Coors Ethanol Plant, Otterbox, Boom, wineries, and distilleries.
